This family business, now run by Jan's friend Marco van Noort, is also in Warmond, Holland, just around the corner from Jan's own place. Very handy should Jan want to check up on how his variety is doing.
Marco, of course, is the vital link in the chain that saved E. 'Razzmatazz' from extinction by alerting his industry contacts to its existence.
And E. 'Razzmatazz' is in good company here. Marco van Noort is also the hybridiser behind Darwin PlantSpotters varieties Geranium 'Jolly Bee' and Tradescantia 'Pink Chablis'. There's even a history of notable varieties here, as this is the place where Marco's father bred the excellent Liatris Kobold back in 1952.
