| Phlox 'Peppermint Twist' has very striking pink and white striped flowers never before seen in paniculata hybrid Phlox.

At first glance its patterning is similar to P. maculata 'Natascha'. As well as P. 'Natascha's colouring being more violet than pink, the major difference between these plants is that P. 'Peppermint Twist' has far superior strength as a plant due to its paniculata blood.
This picture taken in the Darwin PlantSpotters garden during the very hot 2006 summer shows the plant to be thriving.
Named for its resemblance to the American candy of the same name, Phlox 'Peppermint Twist' will be available as a Darwin PlantSpotters variety from Spring 2007. Ask your Darwin PlantSpotters supplier to reserve yours now!
