Tradescantia 'Pink Chablis' was discovered by Marco growing among a production crop of Geraniums.
Quite a find, but not as bizarre as it sounds, as during the previous year the same space had been occupied by a crop of Tradescantia 'Rubra', which in fact Marco had disposed of because it had become contaminated with a number of different seedlings of various colours, a few of which refused to go away and reappeared among the Geraniums.
Tradescantia 'Pink Chablis' is still sold around the world and may be found at the same place you buy your current Darwin PlantSpotters varieties.
