Astrantia 'Moulin Rouge' is a deep, deep red with near-black tips on the bracts. A very limited amount of plants are available by mail order from Mr Fothergill's  in the UK (order hotline 0845 1662511). US suppliers can be found by internet search.   

Meanwhile, at the other end of the spectrum, this un-named new variety is distinguished by its very fresh-looking apple-green foliage that makes a beautiful contrast with the clean pink flowers.
