Asking for the impossible?
02-02-2004 18:41 Variegated Phlox, Phlox without flowers, what next? How about combining the two for a real challenge?
By Miriam Young

No, your eyes aren't deceiving you, and neither is the camera. This fusion of the 'Mine' series variegated foliage and the 'Feelings' series bracts emerged in René’s nursery in 2002.

However, the foliage has shown a tendency to revert, so it will still be a while before this novelty is available at your local nursery. But René’ enjoys a challenge, so he's working on it!
